You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Document Submission

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted are authentic, accurate, and legally obtained.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any document that appears fraudulent, altered, or otherwise ineligible for apostille or notarization.
  • Uploaded documents are handled securely and used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, illegible, or incorrect document submissions.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
  • Additional fees may apply for expedited processing, shipping, or additional services not included in the base price.

6. Processing Times

Estimated processing times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Processing times may vary depending on the type of document, government agency workload, and other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines and will communicate any significant delays.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Requests for cancellation must be made before document processing has begun.
  • If processing has already started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any fees already incurred.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed services or if a document is rejected by a government agency due to issues with the document itself.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once documents have been dispatched.

8. Limitation of Liability

Florida Apostille Corp acts as a processing agent and is not responsible for decisions made by government agencies regarding document authentication. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to delays, document rejection, or loss during transit.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Florida Apostille Corp and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct
